The 15th Abu Dhabi International Defense Exhibition opens

On February 21, local time, the 5-day 15th Abu Dhabi International Defense Exhibition opened in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.

According to the organizer, this exhibition is expected to attract more than 900 exhibitors from more than 50 countries and regions. A number of world-renowned military enterprises brought a variety of star products, highlighting the achievements of cutting-edge technology in the field of international military industry and innovative defense. During the exhibition, a number of activities including aerobatics performances and equipment dynamic display will also be held.

Affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the scale of exhibitors in this exhibition has shrunk by a quarter compared with the previous one. In addition, the organizers have also taken measures including strict wearing of masks, maintaining social distance, and conducting nucleic acid testing every 48 hours to ensure the safety of epidemic prevention and control during the exhibition.

The Abu Dhabi International Defense Exhibition was founded in 1993 and is held every two years. During the exhibition, all kinds of defense-related cutting-edge equipment and technologies from all over the world will be unveiled.

At present, the exhibition is not only the largest and most influential defense exhibition in West Asia and North Africa, but also one of the top defense equipment exhibitions in the world.
